Award-winning singer/songwriter Steven Curtis Chapman will perform during the fourth annual Balloon Glow and Concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, at Baylor UniversityÆs Floyd Casey Stadium in Waco. This yearÆs event, which is free and open to the public, will be held in conjunction with the Curves Balloon Classic Sept. 17-19 in the skies over Central Texas.
